“Garlic Oil” is made by gently heating olive oil over low heat, carefully adjusting the temperature to prevent burning, and infusing it with the rich flavor and aroma of garlic.

Properly prepared garlic oil has no strong raw garlic smell, resulting in a mild and smooth taste that can be enjoyed by everyone, including those who prefer a more delicate flavor.

Additionally, when combined with Japanese dashi broth, it transforms into Rio’s special “Japanese-style sauce.”

About Tomato Sauce

By sautéing onions until they turn golden brown, we bring out their natural sweetness and umami while reducing any harshness in their flavor. Then, tomatoes are added and carefully simmered to prevent burning, allowing the flavors to blend harmoniously.

When this tomato sauce is combined with our Japanese-style sauce, it transforms into Rio’s original Japanese-style tomato sauce, a unique creation of Italian Restaurant Rio’s.

At Italian Restaurant Rio’s, we use a blend of both dairy-based and plant-based fresh cream in our cream sauce. While dairy-based cream alone can sometimes feel too heavy, incorporating plant-based cream creates a smoother, lighter texture that remains soft and enjoyable until the very last bite.
